Food Drives
Brother Knight Rich Pikulsky (right) is a volunteer and the Councilís liaison to the St. Vincent DePaul Society in Uniontown. Rich has been coordinating and planning food drives for the SVD by the Council alternating between Giant Eagle and Shop Ďn Save supermarkets in Uniontown.

These two businesses have always been professional, courteous, and cordial towards the Knights of Columbus and SVD. The patrons too have always been very generous in their giving. Collections from the last food drive which was held at Giant Eagle brought in $1,162 along with 1,480 pounds of food.

Knight Choir
In 2017, the Councilís Knight Choir originated under the leadership of Jack Schuessler, a retired school teacher and choir director from Laurel Highlands High School. The Knight Choir sang the music for the past 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Degrees when our Council hosted the degrees at the Council Hall. Other appearances included two benefit concerts for the Center of Hope and also entertaining two area nursing homes during the Christmas holidays and for spring concerts. Another honor was to sing for the Memorial Masses for our deceased brother knights in the month of November.
